May 8 to 15 A sculpture competition by architecs,designers,and engineers using cans of food. Photos of the winning designs are entered into an international competition. Upon completion the cans of food are donated to local Food Banks.
May 16 to 18 At Stop & Shop, find 25 of Edmonton’s hottest emerging designers under one roof while listing to live tunes and munching on some tasty goodies.
This is not the average 'craft show.' There will be NO doilies, quilts, or pressed flower bookmarks found at Stop & Shop. Only the best designers and artisans who create innovative, stylish items that fall into the fashion, accessories, or home décor categories will be present.
Stop & Shop has also teamed up with the Zebra Child Protection Centre in order to raise money for this worthy cause.
