Food-truck fever hits Edmonton every summer, with endless dining options for discerning foodies. The city celebrates its food-truck culture once a month at What the Truck?!, with often over 25 of the hottest food trucks serving their tastiest fares in one spot. Come early to one of these events, as the lines can be long, but the food is always worth the wait!

A Red Seal chef puts an Asian spin on food-truck favourites.
Popular eat: Duck tots (crispy tater tots with tender braised duck legs, lime sriracha sauce, hoisen aioli, green onion); The Peacemaker (a handmade beef patty with Thai peanut butter, strawberry Sriracha jam, and crushed peanuts, on a brioche bun); Attila Dog (a hot dog with pineapple relish, cabbage, and spicy coconut sauce).
