1. The Barber of Seville | October 25
The Edmonton Opera performs Rossini’s classic opera, a romantic comedy of errors. Under the assumed name of Lindoro, Almaviva hopes to win the heart of the film starlet Rosina — if he can outwit movie studio owner Bartolo, who also hopes to marry her. Luckily, hair stylist Figaro provides plenty of distractions to make sure the girl ends up with the right guy.
