What are you looking forward to about this year’s Taste of Edmonton? We’re excited to see big lunch business crowds with people returning to work.
What is your favourite dish on your menu? I love our Seared Ahi Tuna Wrap, It’s so fresh and is a really unique mix of west coast flavours.
Tell us more about how your business got its start in Edmonton. We actually started the truck in Victoria 8 years ago then moved it back to our home town in 2019.
Is there something you wish more people knew about your business? That we cater all kinds of events!
What other restaurants are you looking forward to at this year’s festival? I’m a big fan of the Green Onion Cakes as well as the dry spiced chicken from The Lingnan!
