The magic of Cavalia returns to Edmonton with an all-new show: Odysseo! This new production features 67 horses and 48 artists performing dazzling equestrian acts and acrobatic stunts on a stage the size of two NFL football fields. The production uses oversized props, 3D graphic backdrops, and live music to create a fantasy world in a massive white Big Top tent designed just for the show.
Odysseo begins in a misty, enchanted forest where horses graze and frolic under a sky of rolling clouds and a setting sun. Horses, riders, acrobats, and musicians then embark on a soulful journey that leads them from the Mongolian steppes to Monument Valley, from the African savannah to Nordic glaciers, from the Sahara to Easter Island. Odysseo creates a magical world that celebrates the beauty and harmony of the ancient relationship between horse and man. Sit back and enjoy this stunning show in the world’s largest touring big top tent, and be dazzled by the extraordinary special effects that include a full sized merry-go-round being lowered from above the stage!
