2 oz Jensen’s Bermondsey Dry Gin
1 oz Dolin Vermouth de Chambery Dry
2 dashes Victoria Spirits Orange Bitters
Chill your martini glass as you mix your ingredients. Combine gin, vermouth, and bitters in a stirring glass with a handful of ice. Carefully stir for approximately 30 rounds. Strain into chilled martini glass. Serve.
1.5 oz London Dry Gin
0.5 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
Shake first three ingredients with ice, and strain into chilled champagne flute. Top with champagne. Garnish with a lemon zest twist.
1.5 oz Cognac VSOP
1 oz Triple Sec
1 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Chill your martini glass as you mix your ingredients. Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon zest twist.
