Crack out your cape this July 17 and dress as your favourite hero, because the K-Days Parade Day has been proclaimed Edmonton Heroes Day to celebrate the K-Days Parade Marshals, Edmonton’s first responders and local heros.
Test your courage and get your blood pumping at Adrenaline Rush, where you can ride an inflatable zip line, brave a challenging ropes course 23 feet in the air, race around a track in a giant inflatable ball, and see exotic Australian animals, including a crocodile and a kangaroo!
Everyone’s favourite canines are returning this year by popular demand—that’s right, SuperDogs are back at K-Days! This year, these furry superstars will be jumping, weaving, and acting their way through classic movie hits in their new show, Hollywoof.

Take a large bite out of Edmonton’s food culture with a visit to foodie heaven: Taste of Edmonton! This is the best way to enjoy a wide variety of tasty offerings from dozens of Edmonton’s best chefs and restaurants, as each serves up a sample-sized portion of their most popular dishes for two to four tickets. This foodie fest remains open to hungry patrons from lunch until late in the evening, at which time you’ll be treated to live music performances. Or take in a cooking demonstration or food-pairing workshop to learn how to make all of your other meals as delicious as this one!
New this year to the festival is the Taste of Edmonton app for iPhones and Android phones, which can help you plan what to eat, drink, and see!
