Perseids Pyjama Party August 11
Put on your warmest pjs, cozy up with the family, and gaze at the night sky at this event with the Royal Astronomical Society. There will be stargazing, children’s activities, bedtime stories, and a concession! Bring a blanket or lawn chair and spend an evening under the stars.

FC Edmonton vs New York Cosmos August 11
Cheer on Edmonton’s North American Soccer League team as they take on the New York Cosmos at Clarke Stadium Friday night.

Volunteer Rock! August 13
This family event celebrates 150 years of volunteerism in Canada and in Edmonton. Admission is free and includes live entertainment, food trucks, children’s play area, and beer gardens.

Ukrainian Day August 13
Celebrate the 125th anniversary of Ukrainian settlement in Canada this Sunday at the Ukrainian Cultural Heritage Village. Start the day off with a delicious pancake breakfast then enjoy cultural music and dancing, with traditional Ukrainian food samples, kid’s activities, and art showcases.
