1) Enjoy various Easter menus! | April 3-5
Take-out and dine-in options for brunch, dinner, and afternoon tea are available from local spots like Fairmont Hotel Macdonald, Madison’s Grill, and L2 Grill. Plus, you can celebrate Easter with these Edmonton treats.

2) Play the Fool International Short Film Festival | April 1-4
The first annual run of this festival features 12 official selections and prize-winning 2-minute films. While this festival is free, donations are appreciated and all funds will go to support the artists—plus, if you donate $10 or more by April 4, you’ll get an invite to their exclusive Zoom wrap-up party on April 11!

3) Chinook Series | till April 4
Enjoy contemporary performances, engaging workshops, and thought-provoking salons made possible by the collaborative efforts of Expanse Festival, Fringe Theatre, and Sound Off Deaf Theatre Festival. Both livestream and on-demand options are available!

4) Northern Light Theatre’s THE LOOK | till April 4
In celebration of World Theatre Day (March 27), NLT is having a digital holdover of THE LOOK. The original “Estelle Girl” of the Estelle Cosmetics line, Marilyn is coping with life as an aged-out supermodel.

5) Mountains in Motion exhibit | opens April 3
Mountains are a big part of artist Gisa Mayer’s life, and it’s reflected in this new exhibition at Bugera Matheson Gallery: “All this is also a refuge, a retreat into beauty and splendor where you leave everything else behind. I will take you there in my paintings.”

6) MAESTRO: Sound Off Edition | April 3
Featuring a mix of hearing and Deaf improvisors, MAESTRO is the 5th annual collaboration between Rapid Fire Theatre and SOUND OFF. Each improvisor cannot use signs or speech and must boldly act suggestions with the physical limits of their bodies alone. This live online performance is pay-what-you-can.
