1. All-Ages Drag Show | June 10

2. A Star is Shook | June 11

3. Dancing Queen | June 12

4. Alyssa + Shangela | June 13
In case you missed them on their individual performance nights, the two queens are at it again along with many local entertainers such as Sister Mary Clarence and Agata Gogh. Admission starts at $30 and the event starts at 7 pm. Evolution Wonderlounge, 10220-103 St.

5. LGBTQ: Understanding & History Presentation | June 10
A presentation by Michael Phair explores the history and social changes that have been part of creating the LGBTQ community that we recognize today. 6. Seniors’ Strawberry Toonie Tea | June 13
Hosted by Jeff Bovee, you can enjoy live music from the Northern Heart, live performances, strawberry desserts, and of course tea. The event costs $2 and will be located at the Sage Café. 7. Pride Sock Hop | June 15
A sock hop will be hosted by the South East Edmonton Senior’s Association. DJ Peaches will be spinning best hits of the 50s, 60s, and 70s! There will also be a cash bar, 50/50 draw, and door prizes. Doors open at 6:30, the event will go from 7 pm–11 pm. Early bird tickets start at $12, available at the SEESA Front Desk or through Eventbrite, or will be $14 at the door. 9350 82 St.
8. Doggos & Drag Queens Disco Party | June 15
Dogs, drinks, and dancing—need we say more? This 18+ and dog friendly event gives you an opportunity to party with your pooch—get your pet’s portrait with iconic drag queen Teen Jesus Barbie for $10. Treats will be provided for both pups and partiers. Event starts 3 pm–5 pm. 10311-103 Ave.
9. Edmonton Pride Walk & Run | June 15
Hosted by Team Edmonton, this event will be held at RE/MAX Field and will feature a 5km run/walk followed by a free community BBQ. Dogs are welcome—but they must be kept on a leash and comfortable with crowds. There is a registration fee of $10 with all proceeds going towards the Edmonton Pride Run Bursary at the University of Alberta. RE/MAX Field, 96 Ave. & Rossdale Rd.
10. Read & Write with Pride | June 13
Come out and enjoy readings from new authors at this free event. You can expect to hear works of fiction, non-fiction, and verse poetry from local LGBT authors. The event starts at 7 pm. Audrey’s Books, 10702 Jasper Ave.
11. All About Broadway | June 15
Hosted by Darrin Hagen, this musical event is a celebration of Broadway by the Edmonton Vocal Minority featuring works that speak to queer identity. Tickets are $20 and the event starts at 8 pm. Westbury Theatre in ATB Financial Arts Barn, 10330-84 Ave.
12. Sidewalk Sale | June 16
Find hand-crafted treasures by local LGBTQS2+ artists, including art prints, jewellery, clothing, stickers & buttons, patches, personal care products, and so much more! Event starts at 11 am–5 pm. The Quiltbag, 7603-104 St.
PRIDE WEEK WRAP-UP EVENTS
13. Pride Wrap-Up Street Party | June 15
Hosted by Fruit Loops, this huge carnival event will be featuring a special cabaret performance by Lilith Fair in the Crash Hotel lobby. There will also be free snacks from 5 pm–7 pm so you may want to arrive early! A portion of the event’s proceeds will go to the Rainbow Refuge. Must be 18 to attend. 10311-103 Ave.
14. Fruit Loop’s Drag Royalty Showcase | June 15
This is a huge final party featuring performances by some of the most recognized and celebrated drag talents including Jon-Benet Ramsme, Duke Carson, Lucian LaPearl, Melinda Verga, Soo She, Artasia, Ladonna, and Claudia Hartout—to name a few. There will also be various featured DJ’s such as DJ Thomas Culture, DJ Queerbait, DJ Vishus, DJ Kena Leon, DJ K-Stylz, DJ HaHa, and DJ Konstantine. Must be 18 to attend. 10311-103 Ave.
15. Edmonton Pride Finale Party feat. Monet X Change | June 15
Come out and meet RuPaul’s Drag Race contestant Monet X Change a.k.a the “Sponge Queen.” She first made an appearance on the tenth season of Drag Race, after that she became the winner of All Stars 4—now, she is here to party it up with YEG Pride-goers. Tickets start at $20 with the event going from 8 pm–11 pm. Evolution Wonderlounge, 10220-103 St.
16. Mayor’s Pride Brunch | June 16
Guests will be treated to a scrumptious brunch, performances by drag entertainers, and kid-friendly activities. Cost is dependent on how much you choose to donate with proceeds going towards the support of fYrefly—a camp for LGBTQ2S+ youth.
