Andrew Norris is a new teacher at a troubled inner-city high school who soon ends up clashing with a group of drug-dealing students led by a charismatic and brutal delinquent who will stop at nothing to protect his turf and drug business. When Norris’ wife gets caught in the crossfire, he resorts to violence against the gang as a final measure.
