Dinner with Canada’s Top Chefs
The spring edition of Dinner with Canada’s Top Chefs will feature an eight-course, authentic farm-to-table meal. Executive Chef Serge Belair and his award-winning team of 11 Red Seal chefs will present an exclusive dinner for 50 guests with special guest Chef Levi of Why Not Cafe & Bar. This edition features a bold selection of flavours and perfectly paired wines to compliment each course. Each chef will prepare a course to showcase their creativity and innovation using fresh ingredients from our region’s best producers.
