This Vinyasa-style class is the perfect end to a busy week. Refresh, release, and let go of the past week and set new intentions for the week ahead.

Open to all yoga levels, even first-timers. Why not ease into yoga practice with a wine reward afterward?
Class includes a 60 min Vinyasa style practice and a glass of your choice of red, rose, or white to enjoy after class! Feel free to stay, sip, and socalize.
