Prairie Gardens Haunted Pumpkin Harvest near Bon Accord starts Oct. 1 and runs on weekends through October to Halloween, including Thanksgiving Monday. On Weekdays, you can come visit the pumpkin patch in the afternoons or Fridays. Prairie Gardens is the world’s furthest north blue pumpkin grower!
The pumpkin patch is a huge 25 acre patch outdoors while the weather is good; pumpkins are picked and kept warm and safe from frost indoors – in heated greenhouse pavilions when it turns cold). You can find amazing colours, shapes and all kinds of sizes of pumpkins in our huge 25 acre pumpkin patch near Edmonton!
