The Mitchell Art Gallery announces their next exhibition: Vivek Shraya: I give myself a future, I give myself a past opens this fall. Shraya is a multidisciplinary artist whose latest body of work imagines a different youth and a possible future for herself through a series of portraits presented in an immersive, photo-based installation.

“In the absence of homophobia, misogyny and racism, who might I be and who might I have been.”

The exhibition is on view from September 17 to December 10. The gallery will be open from Tuesday to Saturday, 12 to 5 p.m.
