If you were one of many beloved fans of the Blue Pear restaurant in Edmonton (which closed its doors in 2012) you'll be happy to know that the executive chef of this gastropub is Darcy Radies, the former owner of the Blue Pear. He brings his knowledge of and passion for local food to create the innovative snacks, small plates, cheese boards, entrées, and desserts on the menu. It's a great place to grab a glass of wine and order several plates for sharing with your group so you can try a little something of everything.
