Lois Hole Provincial Centennial Park

Lois Hole Centennial Provincial Park is located along the western edge of St. Albert and Edmonton. The dominant feature is Big Lake, which makes up about 59% of the park's total area. The park is recognized as a globally significant Important Bird Area for its abundant and diverse bird populations, especially waterfowl and shorebirds. Facilities include the John E. Poole Interpretive Wetland facility, interpretive boardwalks, and a wildlife viewing platform.
