University of Alberta Botanic Garden

With 240 acres of flora and fauna to explore, the gardens have something for visitors of all ages. Stroll through the indoor greenhouses, butterfly house, outdoor displays of annuals and perennials, Kurimoto Japanese Garden, rose, lilac, and peony collections, herb gardens, extensive alpine garden, the sensory and healing garden, and the new Aga Khan garden.
